Enhancement Works and Sale of Farm, Gayhurst, Milton Keynes​

Built in 2016 in natural stone with high quality finishes throughout, the property had been used as a residential training complex. 

What started as a straightforward sale was beset with problems with sales failing to proceed because of difficulties in clearing overseas funds, freezing orders, interest from statutory bodies and lawyers for other creditors, as well as the need to demolish a barn to satisfy planning requirements and undertake enhancement works. After carrying out all the necessary works, we were able to sell the property.
